COMPANY BACKGROUND

Civil and Geotechnical Associates was established in 2012 and CAGA Consultants Pte. Ltd. was setup in 2016 to take over the business of the Civil and Geotechnical Associates. The company has been actively contributed to the built environment in Singapore since then. The company has been actively involved in providing civil, geotechnical and structural engineering consulting service in the residential, institutional and infrastructure projects. It is led by a group of committed and responsible professionals.
Our Mission is to adopt Company’s Principle of Consultancy using one Method – Past, Now and Future to achieve the Company’s Vision.

  • Past: To understand the history of the project.
  • Now: To study the current situation of the project.
  • Future: To understand the needs, future usage and construction constraints of the proposed project.

VISION

To achieve Total Happiness in the civil engineering consultancy services such as provide excellent service and solution to the Clients in terms of simple and effective design. The ultimate GOAL is to adopt the least material to design a safe and sustainable substructure and superstructure for us and our future generations.

  • Licensed Corporation registered with PEB since Year 2016.
  • Listed in PSPC CS03 since Year 2017 which enable to provide consultancy services to public sector of contract sum of up to $16 million.
  • Listed in PSPC CS02 since Year 2025 which enable to provide consultancy services to public sector of contract sum of up to $50 million.
  • Bizsafe Star certified by WSHC since Year 2024.
  • ISO 9001:2015 certified by EQA IMS since Year 2020.
  • ISO 45001:2018 certified by EQA IMS since Year 2024.
  • GEBIZ Supply Head Registration: EPU/SER/34 – Service (Consultant) – Grade S7.
